Choose your boat decor carefully to ensure that there is enough space left even with quite a big object in the room. Opt for a spacious room instead of a crowded playroom for your child. You can even make the boat your child's very own bed! Remove the seats and use a plank in their place. Cushion with a mattress and beddings in matching colors, such as in blue or green, or printed with "under the sea" designs. Your child will be so thrilled to sleep and take his naps. Lulling him to sleep will be a real breeze every time (once he gets over his excitement, that is).

To complete the look, decorate the floor with an area rug in sand or water color. Matching it with the tan, green or blue of the room will make the space more realistic and coordinated. Compared to a carpet flooring, area rug is much easier to maintain and definitely less expensive. You can spend for more fisherman related decors to accessorize the room.
